West Virginia Event Pros recently made a donation of $5,000 to the Marshall County Animal Shelter, a result of “A Grand Night at Grand Vue” hosted by the group at Grand Vue Park last month.
The sold-out event included music, food, entertainment and a silent auction.
“WVEP is a group of professionals dedicated to the success of our clients’ wishes for a successful event,” said group Vice President Ted Williams. “In turn, we measure our group’s success in how we can positively affect the community and its needs. We chose to help Marshall County Animal Shelter with a grant of $5,000 from our last community event as a way of saying thank you for their excellent work throughout the year. As a founding member of WVEP, I’m very proud of what we’ve accomplished in our first year and look forward to even greater things in the coming years.”
