Mozart Beyond Marketing January 19, 2021 Mozart exists right on the southern edge of Ohio County, on the hills overlooking South Wheeling. The neighborhood was started when Henry Schmulbach, the famous brewer in South Wheeling, decided to open a park in 1893 for the significant German-American population in the area. By the early 1900s, the park land was turned into a real estate development.
