Anne Harman is a Wheeling resident, but grew up down the river in New Martinsville. She had the best childhood ever and wouldn’t change a thing! After becoming a grown up, she moved to Wheeling in 1989 to practice law and began her involvement in the Wheeling community. Anne sits on a number of area organization boards, and couldn’t be more enthusiastic about the changes she’s seeing in Wheeling right now. She is more optimistic than ever that Wheeling is well-poised for the future. She is a conflicted WV sports fan, having graduated from Marshall University with a marketing degree (and a PhD in sorority) and from the West Virginia University College of Law. Her favorite thing (other than the usual family, friends, reading, football, soccer momming, etc…..) is traveling. So, travel is Anne’s Weelunk gig. She assists friends and family with travel plans, from city escapes to Disney to the Caribbean to Europe. Her hope is to build a travel agency and someday have clientele vacationing on every continent! Oh, and she really wants to ride a camel at the pyramids and sphinx at Giza.
