Born and raised in Wheeling, Jay Frey was educated in Ohio County Public Schools and is a graduate of Oberlin College. With a lifelong passion for local history and genealogy, Jay is involved in a number of organizations reflective of those interests. He is president of the Fort Henry Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution, and serves on the boards of the Friends of Wheeling, Wheeling Heritage Foundation and Ohio County Cemeteries Foundation.
