Kai Harris was born right in Wheeling, and raised in the small town of Dallas, WV. He is currently getting ready to graduate from West Liberty, and plans to pursue professional writing and editing, as writing stories has been a major part of his life. As a historian, Kai also wants to focus on stories that encapsulate the present, so that Wheeling’s history will continue to grow.
