Dr. Vishakha Maskey is an associate professor of Environment, Sustainability and Management at West Liberty University; a joint appointment with College of Liberal Arts and Business. She holds an AACSB Post-Doctoral Bridge to Business Certificate from Tulane University, and a Ph.D. in Natural Resource Economics from West Virginia University.
