Clientele Art Studio, Wheeling, West Virginia

Let Your Creativity Run Wild at This Unique Event

There’s a reason paint and sips have become such a popular activity – who doesn’t love to unwind and create art with a good drink in-hand? While you’re probably familiar with the traditional paint and sip setup, Clientele Art Studio is planning something a little different: Paint and Sip EXTREME. This unique take on a paint and sip will be held this Friday, June 16 from 5 – 10 p.m.

What makes a simple paint and sip event extreme? Well, instead of artwork being contained to a single canvas, Clientele’s version invites guests to cover the walls of its empty studio with whatever they choose to paint. “Our main goal for this event is to foster a sense of community and creativity,” according to Clientele Manager Cait Carney. “We hope that by providing a large canvas for everyone to paint on, we will encourage collaboration and the sharing of ideas. The end result will be a vibrant and dynamic display showing just what the people of Wheeling are capable of creating together.”

If you aren’t a seasoned artist, fear not! Clientele’s Paint and Sip Extreme is open for anyone to participate, regardless of artistic background or skill level. “We strongly believe that art is for everyone, and this event is designed to embrace that philosophy. Whether you’re a professional artist, a hobbyist, or someone who has never picked up a paintbrush before, we welcome you to join us and have a great time,” said Carney.

When asked what advice Carney would give to anyone who is unsure of their artistic abilities, she encourages “Don’t worry about the end result, just let yourself enjoy the journey and see where it takes you. We can’t wait to see what you come up with!”

Clientele Art Studio’s Paint and Sip EXTREME will begin at 5 p.m. on Friday, June 16 at their studio located at 43 15th Street. The cost to attend is $15 at the door, which includes paint, pizza and a large empty canvas for everyone to unleash their artistic energy. After the event, Clientele staff will add artists’ tags and QR codes to give credit to each participant and showcase their contributions throughout the rest of June. All ages are welcome.
