Time for Three Will Amaze April 22nd
Time for Three (tf3) joins the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra (WSO) Friday, April 22nd at 8 p.m. in the Capitol Theatre, 1015 Main Street, Wheeling, W.V. The trio last performed with the WSO back in 2010.
With their infectious energy, amazing talent and musical curiosity, tf3 will amaze the WSO’s audience with their uncommon mix of musical virtuosity and showmanship. Defying classification, tf3 will perform renditions of everything from Bach’s Double Concerto to Katy Perry’s Firework to Charlie Daniel’s Devil Went Down to Georgia.
Three Curtis Institute students: violinist Nick Kendall, violinist Nikki Chooi and double-bassist Ranaan Meyer make up this dynamic trio, but don’t let their instrumentation fool you. This group is anything but classical.
WSO Executive Director, Bruce Wheeler said, “Time for Three are three guys who absolutely love music. They will blow you away with their raw talent and amazing skills, leading the audience on a musical path of surprises from the Beatles, Irish folk tunes, Mumford & Sons and more.”
“We’re excited to promote Time for Three’s concert on Weelunk with tickets donated by our board of directors. Weelunk readers who provide their name and email address will be given two complimentary tickets held at the WSO will-call table Friday night,” Wheeler added.
See you at the Symphony!
