WATCH: Juneteenth Celebration 2021 – Wheeling, WV

On June 19th, 2021, Wheeling, WV, hosts their 3rd annual Juneteenth celebration. Citizens met in Market Plaza to hear speeches from government officials, nonprofit activists and leaders in the Black community. After the ceremony, all were invited to celebrate at Heritage Port with music, food and fellowship.
