The WSO is proud to present “Set The Table” an exciting new fundraising event supporting the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra on November 11 and 12, 2022.
Twenty table designers have been assembled to create beautifully decorated, holiday-inspired table settings for your viewing pleasure. In addition to a general admission ticket, attendees may pre-purchase entry tickets to “add-on“ holiday-themed events including a floral demonstration with Terry Jill Bonar of Making Magic; a charcuterie demonstration with Libbi Gramby of Table 304; and a fun and unique cocktail demonstration with Sonja Story, Beverage Director at Wheeling Country Club. We are thrilled to announce an exciting “add-on” event featuring a very special guest appearance by “Julia Child,” portrayed by Karen Vuranch including a cooking demonstration for audience delight! Please be aware that space for “add-on” events is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
The two-day event, to be held at the Catholic Charities Center Building, 2000 Main Street, Wheeling, WV (across from Main Street Bank) will begin with a special Sponsor Preview Cocktail Party on Friday, November 11, 2022, beginning at 6:00 pm, with invited guests attending from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.
