The Plaza on Market
Pick up a treat from Lucky Candies 2 and Mmm Popcorn. From 3 – 8 p.m., enjoy skating on a synthetic ice rink, sponsored by the City of Wheeling.
The Wheeling Artisan Center Shop

Avoid the construction in Downtown Wheeling by hopping on OVRTA’s ‘Queen of the Valley’ trolley for free. The trolley will make stops at Centre Market, Wheeling Artisan Center, and Market Plaza from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
