Heritage Dance: Revolutionary War Era
Saturday 4:30-7:30
The Heritage Dance Association, accompanied by live music from The Cabin Fever String Band, will lead three dances from three time periods from Lydia Boggs Shepherd’s lifetime: Revolutionary War Era, Regency Era, and the Civil War Era. During these dances, children and adults can dress in era-specific clothing and learn the dances from the time. They will then get to practice their new skills to live music, and snack on food common to Lydia’s era.
