Ward 6 will select a new representative on Wheeling Council. Gene Fahey has represented the ward for the past seven-plus years after defeating Barry Crow in 2008, and now voters will choose between two gentlemen, both of whom are residents of Elm Grove.
Steve Novotney was able to solicit answers to the same questions from one of the two Ward 6 candidates.
