Monica Phillips is a West Liberty graduate who moved to Wheeling in 2021. She now lives in downtown Wheeling with her husband and is a Reading Interventionist for Ohio County Schools. Monica loves living in Wheeling and plans to stay here for a very long time. In her free time, Monica enjoys reading, exploring the local shops and restaurants in Wheeling, and spending time with her family.
