“The WSO has been interested in connecting with the yoga community,” says Betsy Delk, the WSO’s Director of Advancement. “When Jill Spangler reached out about an opportunity to combine yoga and music to benefit the American Heart Association, it was easy to say ‘yes.’ All yogis and music lovers are invited to join us for a relaxing evening on the waterfront.”

Jill Spangler is one of the American Heart Association’s Ohio Valley Woman of Impact Nominees. She and the other nominees are generating awareness of and donations for the American Heart Association.  Jill is the Director of Nutrition and Diabetes Education at WVU Medicine Reynolds and is a certified fitness and yoga instructor.  She has devoted her life to encouraging and assisting Ohio Valley residents to live happier, healthier lives.
