Salute to Patriotism at Oglebay

July 3 – July 6, 2025 | Oglebay Park
Presented by Community Bank and the Schenk Charitable Trust, Oglebay’s multi-day celebration is packed with activities for all ages—yoga in the park, foam parties, family-friendly concerts, cookouts, and a spectacular fireworks display on July 3 at Schenk Lake (dusk).

Friday, July 4 | Wheeling Heritage Port
Join the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra for a patriotic performance under the stars. This family-friendly event features guest soprano Vanessa Beccera, food trucks, a beer tent, and one of the city’s most anticipated fireworks displays.

  • Concert begins at 8 PM

Independence Day Fun Festival at Wheeling Island Casino

Saturday, July 5 | 1 PM – 10 PM | Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack
This FREE festival features carnival rides, games, inflatables, food trucks, and a dazzling fireworks finale at dusk. There’s fun for the whole family—including live music and giveaways.
