Fulton
Fulton is the neighborhood that is located right along Route 40 (National Road) on the Peninsula created by Wheeling Creek. It is a mix of residences and other businesses such as autobody shops, numerous restaurants, and shops. The western side of Fulton also has a large industrial section.
There are not many recreation or entertainment options in Fulton proper, but it is within a short driving distance to amenities in Downtown or other neighborhoods. For commuting and transportation ease to other parts of Wheeling, Fulton also has very easy access to I-70.
